This website (hereinafter the “Website“) is provided by EYE-PCR B.V. (hereinafter “us” or “we”).
A. Handling of personal data
In the following we wish to provide you with information on how we handle your personal data when you use our Website. Unless otherwise indicated in the following chapters, the legal basis for the handling of your personal data results from the fact that such handling is required to make available the functionalities of the Website requested by you (Art. 6(1)(b) General Data Protection Regulation).

When you call up our Website, your browser will transfer certain data to our web server. This is done for technical reasons and required to make available to you the requested information. To facilitate your access to the Website, the following data are collected, briefly stored and used:

- Date and time of access
- Time zone difference to Greenwich Mean Time (GMT)
- Content of request (specific site)
- Status of access/HTTP status code
- Transferred volume of data
- Website requesting access
- Browser, language settings, version of browser software operating system and surface
Moreover, to protect our legitimate interests, we will store such data for a limited period of time in order to be able to initiate a tracking of personal data in the event of actual or attempted unauthorized access to our servers (Art. 6(1)(f) General Data Protection Regulation).
2. Setting of cookies
What are cookies?
This Website uses so-called “cookies”. Cookies are small text files that are stored in the memory of your terminal via your browser. They store certain information (e.g. your preferred language or site settings) which your browser may (depending on the lifespan of the cookie) retransmit to us upon your next visit to our Website.

On our Website we use Google Analytics, a web analysis service of Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, United States (“Google”).
Google will analyze your use of our Website on our behalf. To this purpose we use, among others, the cookies described in more detail in the above table. The information collected by Google in connection with your use of our Website (e.g. the referring URL, our webpages visited by you, your browser type, your language settings, your operating system, your screen resolution) will be transmitted to a server of Google in the US, where it will be stored and analyzed. The respective results will then be made available to us in anonymized form. Your usage data will not be connected to your full IP address during this process. We have activated on our Website the IP anonymizing function offered by Google, which will delete the last 8 digits (type IPv4) or the last 80 bits (type IPv6) of your IP address. Moreover, Google is certified under the EU-US Privacy Shield, which ensures that an adequate level of data protection is maintained with respect to the processing of data by Google in the US.
You may revoke your consent to the use of web analysis at any time, either by downloading and installing the provided Google Browser Plugin or by administrating your consents in the above table, in which case an opt-out cookie will be placed. Both options will prevent the application of web analysis only as long as you use the browser on which you installed the plugin and do not delete the opt-out cookie.
4. Use of contact forms
You can contact us directly via the contact forms available on our Website. You may provide us with the following information:

6. External services or content on our Website
We include third-party services and/or content on our Website. When you use such third-party services or when third-party content is displayed, communication data are exchanged between you and the respective provider for technical reasons.

To the best of our knowledge, we have configured the services and content of providers known to process data for own purposes in such a way that either any communication for other purposes than to present their services or content on our Website is blocked, or communication only takes place once you have actively opted to use the respective service. However, since we have no control over data collected and processed by third parties, we are not able to provide binding information regarding the scope and purpose of such processing of your data.
7. Social Media Plug-ins
We add in our website Social Plugins of Facebook and Instagram in order to make the website more popular. Responsibility for this function, which is compatible with personal data protection, must be ensured by the respective providers. The plugins integration is by the so-called «two-click” solution for the best possible protection of the website visitors.
Facebook plugins in our website are for personalized use. Therefore, you can use the “LIKE” and “SHARE” button. This is an offer from Facebook.
If you visit a page of our website containing such a plugin, your Browser creates a direct connection to the Facebook servers. The content of the plugins is transferred from Facebook directly to your browser which then embeds it into the «company’s» website.
Through this embedding, Facebook receives information about your browser having accessed the respective page of our website, regardless whether you have a Facebook account, or you are logged in. This information (including the IP address) is transmitted from your browser directly to a Facebook server in the USA and stored there.
If you sign in with Facebook, Facebook can link the visit to our website directly with your Facebook account. If you interact with the respective plugins, e.g. by clicking “LIKE” or “SHARE” the corresponding information is transmitted from your browser directly to Facebook server and stored there. The information will also be published on Facebook and will be displayed to your friends on Facebook.
Facebook can use this information for advertising purposes, market research, and personalized pages on Facebook. For this purpose, Facebook creates user profiles about interests, relationships, etc., to evaluate, for example, the use of our website in relation to the Facebook ads, to inform other Facebook users about your activities on the website and provide other services related to the use of Facebook.
If you do not want Facebook to associate the data collected by our website with your account on Facebook, you must log out of Facebook before visiting our website.
Our website uses plugins of the social network Instagram, operated by Instagram LLC., 1601 Willow Road, Menlo Park, CA 94025, USA (“Instagram”).
The plugins are usually marked with an Instagram logo, for example in the form of an Instagram camera.
By visiting a page of our website that contains a social plugin, your browser establishes a direct connection to the servers of Instagram. Instagram directly transfers the plugin content to your browser which embeds the latter into the «company’s» website. This information (including the IP address) is transmitted from your browser directly to an Instagram server in the USA and stored there. If you sign in with Instagram, Instagram can link the visit to the «company’s» website directly with your Instagram account. If you interact with the plugins, e.g. by clicking “Instagram” the corresponding information is transmitted from your browser directly to Instagram server and stored there.
The information will be posted to your Instagram account and will appear there in your contacts.
If you do not want the collected data by the «company’s» website to be associated with your Instagram account, you must log out of Instagram before visiting the website.
B. Information regarding your rights
You have the right:
- according to the article 15 of the GDPR, to require information related to the personal data processes by us. In particular, you have the right to ask us to provide you with information about the processing purposes, the category of personal data, the categories of recipients to whom your data has been disclosed or the period for which the personal data will be stored, the right to rectification, to erasure, or to restriction of processing or the right to object to processing.
- according to the article 16 of the GDPR, to demand without undue delay the rectification of inaccurate personal data stored by us.
- according to the art. 17 of the GDPR to obtain from us to erase personal data without undue delay, unless the processing is necessary or exercising the right of freedom of expression and information, for compliance with a legal obligation, for reasons of public interest or for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims
- according to the art. 18 of the GDPR to obtain from us restriction of processing where accuracy of the personal data is contested, the processing is unlawful or no longer necessary but required for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims, or you have objected to processing pursuant to Article 21 par. 1 of the GDPR
- according to the article 20 of the GDPR to receive your personal data which have been provided to us, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format or to request their transmission to another controller.
- according to the article 7 par. 3 of the GDPR, to withdraw your consent to processing your personal data. As a result, data processing will not be allowed based on this consent in the future
- according to the article 77 of the GDPR to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. You can contact the national supervisory authority.
If processing of your personal data is necessary for the purposes of legitimate interests pursuant to Article 6 par. 1 (f) of the GDPR, you have the right to object to processing of personal data pursuant to Article 21 of the GDPR, on grounds relating to your particular situation or in case you object to direct marketing purposes. In the latter case, you have a general right of objection, which is applied by us without any obligation to determine a particular situation.
